Although the product is as ordered and I have no issue with this DeLongi product the alleged packing and delivery took 22 days to reach me, I chased it up three times only to be told ‘It’s in the warehouse and just needs packaging’ I needed this product quickly and I’m afraid first impressions count with an untried company, so I’m feeling any future coffee deliveries are not going to be swift, so I won’t be ordering any further products. Delivery needs to be included in the overall experience and Coffee Friend need to address their weakness here David C

Really poor communication, took 2 and 1/2 weeks to arrive and I had to chase it up. That said, nice product.

Coffee maker arrived the next day. Some delay on delivery of other items but as they were complimentary I still give 5 stars. Many thanks.

Never received the product and now claiming the refund that I had received through PayPal saying was delivered . I have advise never delivered and tracking show that has been delivered only show on front on my door but live on front of a busy road so was more likely stolen before i had the chance to pick it up

Great coffee at a reasonable price

This product arrived about 3 weeks after it was ordered, and it was exactly as described. It is a little smaller than my last machine but is perfectly adequate for my needs.

Terrible company, do not order coffee machines from them. Ordered a coffee machine on the 3rd November, I was told that it was despatched by DPD but it was never received by DPD. After much complaining they sent me a second machine. This arrived and was installed but didn't work – clearly a substandard machine… I had to call out the manufacturer who said that they could order the parts but I would have to wait so I was better getting a replacement machine. I sent back the second machine and was put through several requirements (photos etc) and then they didn't send anyone to collect until I pestered and wouldn't send the replacement until I pestered. 3rd machine was then apparently despatched on 4th December but once again has never been received by DPD the courier. I have today told them I want a refund in full. I have had to phone or email this company something like 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks….absolutely not worth the trouble, I would recommend steer clear.
