Coffee machine is fine and well priced but website wasn’t easy to use as had to apply for a price which seemed odd and confusing rather than a straight forward purchase. When I emailed to ask I did get a reply which offered me an option to preorder by filling in my details which made me slightly nervous but it is all genuine and product is well price even though delivery took quite a while

Coffee machine eventually arrived….broken. Started the process to return , they still haven’t issued me a returns form even after providing photos and an explanation. Delays in answering emails, they have asked for a video of the broken machine! When I mentioned that I would claim back from my credit card provider, they replied within an hour but still no resolution

Unfortunately I had to cancel the order. As you hadn't yet sent the order out you made an immediate refund. I greatly appreciated this and it gives me confidence to order from you in the future. Best Wishes Eric Wood

Speed of delivery

Received a faulty machine and had to jump through multiple hoops, sending videos and several emails to (hopefully) get a replacement. Still waiting for this after more than a week

I ordered a white Senseo coffee machine on 1st December. I received a black one .Their offer of a swap would never be accomplished in the week before Christmas as it arrived on 18th December and it was to be a replacement for our white one which was leaking water badly.
