Coffee machine arrived very quickly. Comes with an EU plug and U.K. adapter, but I knew that before ordering so that’s fine. It’s very easy to fit. Makes nice hot coffee

Great range of coffee machines. I found just the one I wanted as a gift for my husband and I didn't know that it existed. He loves the machine and the frother.

Our delivery was exactly as ordered, and it arrived on time. The quality of the cups gives a feeling of sturdiness and the bowl of the cup is wide enough to create milky decorations.

Product ordered and money taken from my account. The order was not processed however and I had to ring to chase this. After accepting they made a mistake I was told the item was out of stock and o would not receive it. Then when I rang I was told it was back in stock the next day and I would receive before Christmas. A week later still no dispatch note. Following this I rang again to be informed they had made another mistake. I’ve been offered a free kg of coffee but still not got any idea about when the item will be delivered.

Very impressed with this cheaper version of nespresso machine. Only downside, no instructions in English. Would definitely recommend.
