A great price

Great products but really poor customer service. I ordered coffee equipment on the 9th of Dec and understand that there might be a delay in getting out items. However, my items were stuck in the warehouse with no communication. I had to ring twice to find out where my products were and was told 'oh they are still in the warehouse'. They eventually arrived on the 23rd of Dec but they needed to update their CRM to keep customers in the loop during busy times. When I rang, no one apologised or explained the process so I was pretty nervous that this company had just taken my money and ran. Would hesitate to use them again which is a shame as I purposefully wanted to support a small business.

I wasn't aware that the Nespresso machine I ordered was an European version, but a UK plug adapter was included in the box, and the price was excellent – cheapest I could find. Would certainly buy from here again.

First time purchase from Coffee Friend – great refurbished machine which is in perfect working order and came before Christmas which was brilliant. Very happy with our gaggia magenta – makes excellent coffee.

Prompt delivery

It's a European product with an European plug and European languages instructions. Not the end of the world, but it's not exactly what I was expecting, and I don't think I saw a warning notification about it.

Didn't ever receive my parcel. Poor communication throughout. Ended up having to cancel

Frustrating experience, item ordered in good time for a birthday present, received it damaged. It was wrapped in cling film no other packaging. Tried to sort a return promptly hoping to get a replacement before my wife's birthday, apparently the new replacement couldn't be released until the damaged one was received back. It was received back on the Tuesday and replacement was sent out Thursday so didn't arrive in time for my wife's birthday ….. frustrating !

After few emails product arrived as bought in Black Friday sale. Great price and service
