Coffee machine didn’t arrive, customer services on the phone told me twice it wasn’t their problem chase the courier. They were extremely rude actually. So sad when people don’t know their job properly. My contract with the company, not the courier.

Ordered a De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul in the Christmas deal. Item arrived within 1 Business day and included a £50 Gift voucher and access to their VIP services. I was that impressed that i hopped straight back onto their site and ordered 4Kgs worth of coffee. It will be one of the only sites i now use for ordered as everything is in one place, and the member incentives gives you a reason to keep heading back. Hoping to see a few more selections of Coffee added in the future.

I bought a Moccamaster coffee maker for my son’s Christmas (he requested a Moccamaster!). After some research I chose Coffee Friend because it seems like a good company to buy from. The purchase process was really straightforward and I was kept informed by both Coffee Friend and the delivery company about the progress, arrival date of the package. It’s an impressive looking coffee maker and my son is delighted with it.

Prompt service and great deal on the two for one. Pleased to have been able to find Matcha latte which I couldn’t find in high street shops.
