Outstanding Service and Incredible Value I was looking to buy a Lelit Bianca V3 and a grinder, and when searching online I came across Coffee Friend offering the black Bianca V3 for under £2,000 — which is almost unheard of! At first, I was a bit apprehensive after reading a few mixed reviews, but at that price, I decided to give them a try. I’m absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I bought the black Lelit Bianca V3 and the Eureka Mignon grinder, and both arrived the next day. The service was second to none — everything was perfectly packed and exactly as described. I was so impressed that I went on to order Timemore coffee scales from them as well, and again, they arrived the next day. I can honestly say I would 100% recommend Coffee Friend. They’re now my go-to company for coffee equipment. Fantastic value, fast delivery, and brilliant service, five stars all round!

Horrible company to deal with. First of all, they sell items they don’t actually have in stock. Then, when you email them, they’ll tell you the item is available and will be posted immediately. You wait over a week, and it’s still sitting in the warehouse. Their excuse? That it’s coming from Europe. Please save yourself the headache and buy what you need from a reputable company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! You pay for priority delivery and they do not even try to send it out for at least 3 days. Then when you try to cancel the order they manage to magically ship it. I told them to cancel the order however they sent it the next day, then I returned it for them to sign for it then to tell me as they are having warehouse shift around my refund will be two weeks. Absolutely awful service

purchased a bosch kettle from them as there prices seamed good , when i recwived the item the box had been opened and an 3 pin to eu adapter plug stuffed in ? i thought i was ordering a uk kettle not eu ? it did not state anywhere it was an eu model ? i phoned bosch and they said it does not have the same warranty as a uk model so to anyone be careful , if its too good to be truse it probably is ………..
