Purchased my lelit bianca from them cheapest in the uk. Everything moved along swiftly with the bianca delivered on time. Customer service was great. Them have negitive reviews but for me they have been brilliant.

Pros :- creates really good froth. Good Value . Cons:- takes quite a long time to complete cycle . Very difficult to read milk level markings on the inside of frother

I actually purchased a Philips 5500 Series Bean to Coffee machine way back in December, but I wanted to leave it several months to make sure I was leaving an honest review. Coffee friend have been exceptionally responsive and helpful when I had some initial technical issues (which is why I wanted to leave it a few months to see if the issue resolved… which it did). Based on the customer service I received, and the amazing product I've ended up loving.. I'd definitely use this company again.

Good coffee, quality is there, just a bit too acidic for me because of the pineapple, but if you like fruity coffee you’ll enjoy it
