Like all coffee machines, this machine requires maintenance, such as the cleaning of coffee oils and the removal of limescale deposits found within the water system. This coffee machine is equipped with automatic cleaning programs, so it'll notify you as soon as it's time to perform one of them. You'll also need to empty the coffee grounds container daily or every few days, as well as disassemble the steam wand (milk frother) and wash its components under running water.
