“MATRIX” is a true symbol of innovation in the world of semi-automatic coffee machines. It combines traditional lever technology with sophisticated software and electronics that put home baristas in full control of the heating system. Meanwhile, powered by a rotary pump, the hydraulic system can either rely on a 4-litre internal water tank or be connected to the mains water supply. The “MN” version is equipped with 2 thermostats.

TWO PID THERMOSTATS

“MATRIX” relies on the traditional manual lever unit: to start dispensing coffee, the lever must be pushed upwards, while lowering it stops the dispensing process. The unit is heated using a thermosiphonic circulation system, with water coming from a small boiler dedicated to coffee extraction. The temperature is controlled via two PID thermostats, which ensure optimal thermal stability in the range of 88–96 °C.
