You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). The returned item must have the same parts as it did when received by the buyer. The returned item must be in its original package.

The fee for return is £9.90 ( this fee is charged for the courier services, it is not an additional fee for returns). After 14 days returns are not accepted unless the products are approved as faulty.
