Yes, we use Royal Mail and other couriers for delivery. If no one is available at the address, the courier may leave your parcel in a “safe place” (or with a neighbour) in line with their delivery procedures; once they mark it as delivered, this will be treated as delivered to you. If your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept responsibility for the order from that point onward (including any loss or theft after delivery is confirmed).
