How do we deliver?
The goods will be delivered with GLS, TNT, APC, UPS or DPD courier team to your home or office. Delivery takes around 3-4 working days. When your order is ready to be picked up or to be delivered, we’ll contact you by email or phone. The goods can be delivered during working days from 8 am to 4 pm. On the delivery day, you will be informed with PREDICT TXT message, which will provide all the information about exact delivery time.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver goods in all the United Kingdom to your given address. You can also choose your goods to be delivered to any other country, but deliveries outside the European Union are subject to customs processing and additional charges that are under buyer’s responsibility.

How much will the shipping cost?
If you order within the UK – shipping is free for all orders above £35! If your order is less than £35, delivery will cost £3.95. All returns are charged the same. (For deliveries outside the EU, certain shipping and customs charges apply).

Returning goods – what you need to know?

Customer’s satisfaction is the highest priority to us. In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to us in perfect conditions. Within 14 days, we can accept only items that are in original packaging and unused. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested. Returns will cost £3.95. Returns from outside the UK cost the same price as the shipping fee (depends on the country).

What should I do if I want to return the items?
In order to return the item (s), the buyer must contact the seller and submit a written request for the return of goods.

What goods can be returned?
All items can be returned. Not faulty goods can be accepted only under these conditions:
1. The returned item must be in the original package;
2. Items must not be damaged by the buyer;
3. Items must be unused, of marketable appearance (undamaged labels, security pellicle etc.);
4. Returned item must have all the same parts as it did when received by the buyer;
5. When returning an item, it is necessary to provide the document of acquisition and a written request for the return of goods;
(This paragraph does not apply in case of a faulty product return!)

How much will the return cost?

If you order within the UK – returns in 14 calendar days for unused products are charged £3.95! Returns from outside the UK cost the same price as the shipping fee (depends on the country).
