After removing the drip tray and before putting it back, water appears inside the coffee machine. Why is that?The drip tray may have been removed too early. After preparing the last drink, wait a few seconds before removing the drip tray.
The coffee machine prepares hot milk but fails to froth milk foam. What should I do?1. Rinse the milk system and clean it thoroughly by hand (see user manual).
2. Check that all parts of the milk system are connected correctly.
3. Make sure there's enough milk in the milk container or milk packet.
4. Use only chilled milk of suitable fat content (3–3.5%).
5. If the first steps didn't work, perform an additional descaling program. Limescale residue may have reduced the water/steam supply (this has a direct effect on milk frothing).I can't remove the coffee brewing unit. What should I do?It could be that the brewing unit hasn't fully returned to the position which would allow for it to be removed. Switch the coffee machine off and on again (using the button on the back of the coffee machine).
Is a milk container included in the full set?No, a milk container isn't included in the full set of this coffee machine. The set includes a water filter, a ground coffee dosing scoop and a water hardness test strip.
