Bought as a gift for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. They are tickled pink with it. The only strange bit about the process was having to pay over the telephone as they didn’t take credit cards online?? Bit bizarre?

We love this coffee maker – its compact so fits nicely on the counter but has everything we need … and makes lovely coffee!. There is an upgrade to the steamer arm available if needed (eBay) but the standard works well for us. We use filtered water (Brita) and descale every month or so since we are in hard water area.
