How to become a member of Coffee Friend’s VIP program?

• The invitation to join Coffee Friend’s VIP program is sent to those who have purchased a bean-to-cup or semi-automatic coffee machine at Coffee Friend’s physical or online store. The buyer receives a unique registration code that is valid for 3 months.
• To activate their VIP membership, the client must create an account on Coffee Friend’s website or log in to an existing account, then consent to Coffee Friend’s privacy policy and the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
• When creating a new account on Coffee Friend’s website or after logging in to an existing account, the client must enter their unique VIP membership activation code received after purchasing a coffee machine in the VIP program activation field found in the “Coupons” section.
• After activation, all further information related to Coffee Friend’s VIP program is provided in the client’s personal Coffee Friend account and sent to them using their personal e-mail address.

How does it work?

• After registration, a member of Coffee Friend’s VIP program receives their first £10 discount code to be used at Coffee Friend’s store. Coupon details, status and validity period can be viewed on the buyer’s personal account.
• The coupon with a value of £10 can be used at Coffee Friend’s online store if the total value of the buyer’s shopping cart is no less than £70. If the value of the shopping cart is smaller, the coupon cannot be applied.
• The coupon is valid for 3 months after its activation date. Once its validity period is over, the second coupon is activated, the value of which is also £10 and which is valid for 3 months after its activation date.
• In this way, Coffee Friend’s VIP members receive five separate coupons, each with a value of £10.
• Coupons are not stacked and cannot be used simultaneously.
• If the validity period of an unused coupon comes to an end, the coupon becomes invalid and cannot be used by the client.

How to cancel your Coffee Friend’s VIP membership

• If you wish to cancel your Coffee Friend’s VIP membership, inform our administration team via e-mail [email protected]. The client’s VIP membership shall be cancelled and all of the coupons assigned to the client shall be revoked during the 5 working days following the date on which the request has been submitted.

Coffee Friend reserves the right to change or adjust the rules and conditions of Coffee Friend’s VIP membership. Discount coupons cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. The VIP program membership is only available to physical persons.
