Can I change the coffee I’m currently subscribed to?

Yes, you can change the coffee you’re subscribed to at any time: simply sign in to your account at https://www.coffeefriend.co.uk/subscription/, then go to “My Subscription” to view all of your active subscriptions. Once you’re there, select the coffee you wish to remove or add to your upcoming shipment.

Can I purchase these coffees without subscribing?

One-time purchase is currently not an option. However, you’re welcome to visit our e-shop www.coffeefriend.co.uk and explore our range of excellent coffees as well as other coffee-related products.

When will the subscription fee be charged?

You can check the next billing date by logging into the user zone

Will you really deliver my coffee for free?

Yes! Delivery within the UK is FREE for all subscribers!

What delivery intervals can I choose?

When selecting one of our subscription plans, you’ll have your coffee delivered every 2 months.

What carrier methods do you offer?

We use well-known delivery companies, such as ROYAL MAIL to deliver your products.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Simply log in to your account at www.coffeefriend.co.uk/subscription and go to the “My subscription” section to see all of your active subscriptions. To make changes to your subscription, press “Cancel” or “Pause”.
