Returning goods – what you need to know?
A satisfied customer is the number one priority for us. However, products that will be returned or exchanged must be in pristine condition and have no signs of being used, or else no return or exchange will be carried out. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide packaging to make sure that the items arrive in perfect conditions. Within 14 days we accept only items that are unused and in original packaging. If items received are in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out a refund as requested.
What should I do if I want to return the items?
If the buyer wants to return or exchange items, a buyer must contact the seller first and submit a returns form provided by the seller.
