Hot and delicious winter drinks
The time spent at home can be cosy and full of beautiful moments. Use Coffee Friend's recipes to make hot and delicious winter beverages.

Irish coffee
You will need:
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 20 ml of Irish whiskey
- 40 ml of espresso coffee
- 25 ml of whipped cream
We recommend warming the glass up before preparing your Irish coffee. Once your glass is ready and warm, add brown sugar on the bottom of the glass, pour whiskey, coffee and mix it all together. Carefully spray or put the whipped cream on the top with a spoon. Serve the drink while it's nice and warm.

Italian coffee bicerin
For this recipe you will need:
- 100 ml of coffee
- 100 ml of hot chocolate (make it from dark chocolate)
- 25 ml of heavy cream
- A pinch of chocolate shavings
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath - add hot water to the pot and put a bowl of chocolate, heat gently until the chocolate is completely melted. When the chocolate is melted, pour it into the cup. Hold an inverted spoon over the cup and pour the prepared coffee over it. Whisk the cream in a bowl. Also holding a spoon, pour the whipped cream on it all the way to the top of the cup and sprinkle with chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!

Peppermint Mocha
You will need:
- 50 ml of espresso coffee
- 25 ml of milk
- 30 g of unsweetened chocolate
- Whipped cream
- Shredded candy sticks
- 10 ml of mint syrup
Heat the milk and chocolate until the mass is smooth. Pour the prepared espresso coffee, milk and chocolate mixture, and 2-3 tablespoons of mint syrup into the cup. Put the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chopped candy sticks.

Hazelnut latte
You will need:
- 30 ml of espresso
- Hot milk
- Sweetbird “Hazelnut” syrup
- Sweetbird “Cinnamon” syrup
- Chocolate powder
Make espresso coffee. If you want a more intense flavoured drink, prepare twice the amount of espresso. Add both flavours of syrup to the drink, mix everything together. Pour the heated milk and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
WE RECOMMEND:

Chalo chai latte
You will need:
- 2 tablespoons of Chalo chai mixture
- 200 ml of hot water
- 100 ml of hot milk
- Vanilla syrup
- Cinnamon
Put 2 tablespoons of the selected Chalo chai latte mixture into your favourite cup. Add 200 ml of hot water and 100 ml of heated milk of your choice. Add some vanilla syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon!

Coffee with ground pepper
You will need:
- 50 ml of espresso coffee
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 ml of water
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for seasoning
Grind coffee beans together with a pinch of pepper and cinnamon. Then add 150 ml of milk to the prepared coffee and season the drink with unsweetened cocoa powder!

Gingerbread espresso martini
For this recipe you will need:
- 25 ml of coffee
- 10 ml of gingerbread syrup
- 15 ml of cream
- 40 ml of your favourite gin
- A little of nutmeg for flavouring
- Ice cubes
Shake ice cubes, coffee, syrup, and gin well in the cocktail shaker. Pour everything through a sieve into a martiniglass. In a still cool but washed cocktail shaker, whip the cream and carefully pour it on top of the drink. Season the cocktail with nutmeg shavings and be sure to serve it cold. Cold, spices and coffee - amazing feeling for your palate!
